Why GLP-1 dose math gets confusing
Branded pens like Wegovy and Ozempic are pre-set in mg. Compounded vials are usually labelled in mg/mL, but you draw the dose with an insulin syringe marked in units. The relationship is fixed: 1 mL = 100 units on a U-100 syringe (40 on a U-40). This tool applies that relationship in both directions so you can sanity-check what your prescriber or pharmacy told you to draw.
